ABOUT MEL
I’ve spent 20 years asking what makes people choose one brand over another.
That question has followed me through retail, e-commerce, live events, revenue operations, marketing, brand, and education. Now AI is changing how people discover their options and how teams create the work people see. I’m interested in what that changes for brands, and what still makes them worth choosing.
My experience crosses the whole customer journey.
I’ve worked across brand, marketing, revenue operations, retail, e-commerce, live events, and education. I’ve also taught digital marketing to hundreds of business owners. Working across those settings has shaped how I think: a strategy has to make sense to the people creating it and to the people it’s meant to reach.

I work where brand, marketing, and AI meet.
I work with marketing and brand leaders on positioning, GTM priorities, content, digital experience, and the practical role AI should play across that work. I also work with teams on social strategy and creative direction, create content with brand partners, speak and moderate, and teach professionals to use AI tools in their real work.
A good idea should survive contact with the real world.
I want the strategy to help a team make decisions, create stronger work, and learn from how people respond. AI can make research, planning, and production more useful, but the brand still needs a point of view people can recognize. That’s the balance I bring to the work.
